Previously it has proved difficult for design companies to source professional, qualified designers for their vacancies, partly due to the lack of universal advertising media. Individual designers have also been unable to market their particular experience to potential employers. DBA seeks to address these needs by bringing designers and interior design companies together internationally, through modern technology.
