Produced general layouts, perspective, 2D and 3D drawings, developed graphic schemes and preliminary cost estimates, attended site visits and meetings with contractors, clients and design team when required
Achievements
•House extension: Project managed and completed a basement in Belsize Park (furniture, schemes, planning application, building regulations, working drawings and site). Project cost: £1.000.000.
•3 houses extension: Designed 2nd floor extensions for 3 houses in Belsize Park (planning application stage). Project cost £800.000.

Consultant and designer for urban infrastructure projects at regional level. Audited and supervised project progress, liaised with local authorities, assessed feasibility studies and public tender.

•Urban infrastructure: Designed and audited four state schools, two libraries, three theme parks, one coach station and two community centres.
•Consultancy: Provided advised to municipal authorities on projects of urban development including legal issues (markets, aqueducts, hospitals, roads)

Creative Architect
Created corporate image for a variety of private companies, supervised production progress, quality control and met deadlines. Designed, constructed and directed among others:

•Commercial architecture: PRAXIS LANGUAGE INSTITUTE three venues (500 m2 each), INTERAUDIT chartered accountants Headquarters (120 m2), two storey hospital for COMFAMAR (1800 m2). Sports park for the Government of Pueblo Nuevo (45.000 m2)
•Residential: full refurbishment of two five bedroom houses, one five storey building (16 flats), 100 rural housing bespoke solutions.
•Stand and exhibition: UNITED NATIONS photographic displays, mobile office for COMCAJA (rural housing institute), Stage for Bogota’s fashion week for Liliana Esquivia (fashion designer)
•Graphic design: corporate brochure for CVS (environmental care government institution), logo and corporate image for PRAXIS LANGUAGE INSTITUTE and PENTAGONO ARCHITECTS.
